» Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.

» I, the artist, have the absolute right to my artwork; this will include posting the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio, adding my signature or watermark in the artwork, I can change the price anytime BUT not when there is an ongoing commitment with a commissioner, and I can edit the Terms of Service at any time. However, commissions made before I edited the Terms of Service will still be governed by the Terms of Service in effect at the time of the commission.

» I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

» Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS/SIGNATURE on any of the artwork. (This includes the client!)

» Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit

» Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

» Please do NOT use my art for any NFT related reasons.

» Please provide visual references. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

» Payment
» Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the other 50% must be paid before I hand over the commissioned piece.

» Refunds are NOT allowed once I start the commission UNLESS either the client or artist has decided to cancel the commission with a valid reason, at which point I will give you a refund depending on the progress of the canceled piece.

» Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

» Process
» BY ANY MEANS, DO NOT RUSH ME! It will take me approximately 2 weeks at a minimum. However, please do note that it all depends on the queue.

» Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

» Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

» Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will deliver it by email. It will be sent as full res .png file.
